I lead the design strategy for Aily, a mobile-first AI decision platform for pharma. I translate complex enterprise workflows into consumer-grade interfaces that prioritize decisions over data, applying Decision Driven Design across 9+ modules (Finance, R&D, GTM, Manufacturing, etc.). I balance rapid delivery with systematic consolidation—ensuring templates, components, and patterns scale.
About Me
As a senior product designer my main roles are:
- Leading the design process from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Collaborating with product managers to define user needs and create user personas.
- Creating design concepts and iterating on them based on user feedback and business requirements. Designing user interfaces that are intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing. Ensuring that the user experience is consistent across touchpoints, including mobile, web, and desktop.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with the product vision and business goals. Also collaborating with engineers to ensure that the design is feasible and can be implemented efficiently.
As a Product Designer my most relevant tasks are to:
- Define interactions and services based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations.
- Make design ideas tangible for the Fjord team and the client through visual storytelling and rapid prototyping.
- Explain and discuss design decisions eloquently, and give design feedback.
- Contribute to definition and execution of visual design language throughout engagements at the project level.
