Click is Adidas's global B2B e-commerce platform used by wholesale customers worldwide. I led two major initiatives: the wholesale mobile app from research through global launch in 15+ markets, and co-created the Click design system that accelerated the entire team by 60%.
The Challenge
We had to make a complex wholesale workflow feel effortless for people who are literally on a shop floor, juggling stock, customers, and time pressure. That meant mobile-first, scan-based ordering, and flows that still work when connectivity is shaky.
