The hard part wasn’t designing a single flow—it was making multiple services feel like one product across different countries and partner systems. Payments, real-time availability, and edge-case handling are where trust dies if you get them wrong.

A unified app experience covering onboarding, loyalty, payments, and everyday service flows—designed to feel consistent across markets while supporting local variations.
Carwash Feature
Designed and refined the end-to-end carwash flow, including purchase, code activation, and redemption—making a traditionally clunky journey feel clear and low-friction.
Shell EV (Electric Vehicles)
EV charging journeys designed around real-world constraints: station discovery, availability, pricing clarity, and the in-session experience—so users can charge with confidence instead of guessing.

The unified experience supported major adoption across payments, EV, and carwash services. By simplifying end-to-end journeys and designing the edge cases that usually break trust (payments, availability, redemption), we helped Shell drive repeat usage across key features.
